I have just taken this challenge and completed the Self Perception Inventory, which had very interesting results for me. I had equal scored across three of the types, which I'm hoping makes me well balanced!! I have made the decision to use this challenge and the worksheets at our next annual staff seminar to establish what 'roles' our team members have and if we have any gaps. We already have a great, well established team, but I still think this will be a great excercise - and fun too. Can I get printable copies of the articles that accompany these worksheets?
