We’ve developed a fresh approach to training and development based on years of experience and research around women’s needs and the issues they face.
As a result we provide hard-hitting, business critical programmes that set out to challenge behaviours, beliefs and inspire real change.

Our programmes focus on the fundamentals of leadership and management and can also be attributed to recognised qualifications. Crucially, they are also tailored to women’s needs helping them to; be noticed in the workplace; build confidence and self belief; be authentic, take responsibility, inspire change and get to the top if that’s where they want to be.
Working with both the public and private sector we help organisations understand the importance of female talent to their business and how to tap into the talent. As an accredited Train to Gain provider we can offer funding for training across a range of programmes.
